I have both mobile and broadband accounts. When I add both, it stops logging me into the broadband account. The problem started a couple of weeks back. Please, fix it. tahmin et Kazan also stopped working.

The worst experience ever. The app is so buggy and keeps signing me out of my account whenever I try to update my phone package. And it took me 3 monthes to sign in to my home internet account, too. I'm changing to another operator today.

The worst app ever. As I've said it before, It's just useless, never lets you do anything you need to do. I'm just trying to pay the home internet bill and after giving the credit card info it says "We're directing you to the bank account login page" but a blank white page appears and nothing happens. I've been trying for days to JUST TO PAY MY BILL. You keep saying it's the last day of the bill and you don't even let me pay it. This app is a big joke on customers,fix it already!
