• From the Transactions menu, you can easily and safely perform bill payment, review invoice details, manage invoice settings, tariff and package information inquiry, commitment start and end inquiry, TL top-up and TL request transactions, manage line and call settings and many more.

• You can access the tariffs and packages that suit you from the store menu, discover our other digital services and applications that suit your needs, and benefit from digital-only opportunities. You can also review Bi’Dünya Opportunity campaigns and benefit from discounts on popular brands.

• You can quickly access frequently used bill payment/TL top-up, package purchasing and Special for Me menus via Quick Transactions.

• From the home page of your home internet account, you can access the campaign name, package speed information and commitment end date information for your subscription, and view special offers for you when your commitment is about to expire.

Terrible app. For example, I have a subscription to a package for 450TL. There are 899TL in the account. In the first 28 days they take 450TL from the account, which is okay. But at the end of the second 28 days, the app simply takes the remaining 449TL and does not renew the subscription to the package. Instead of turning off my subscription and waiting for me to top up my balance, they simply take the money from my account without renewal! The app cannot track history of deposit&debits.

The new update is terrible, it used to show how much internet data i have left, for example: 1.5 gb or 2.7...gb something. But in the new update, it just shows you the total gb, for example: 2gb 1gb, it doesn't show how much you exactly have. I could have 1.9gb left and the app will only display "1 gb" bring back the accurate counter!

Very bad company, I was trying to upload the international packet 7 days ago and they didn't. I told my friend to call them and they didn't make it, they told him that I have to upload more TL to my line. When I uploaded 450 TL, they didn't activate the package which I am looking for. They uploaded different one.... I will cancle this company to Turkcell when I come back to Turkey.
